VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City Christian Educators in partnership with the Valley City Public School District have created a resource for families in the district or in need of a helping hand throughout the school year.
The Hi-Liner Lighthouse is a storehouse of gently used children and adult Hi-Liner gear, available year round.
