
FARGO – Jamestown Blue Jays Track & Field had a 15th-place finish for the girls and a 14th-place finish for the boys Friday at the North Dakota Class A Indoor Track & Field Meet at the Shelly Ellig Indoor Facility at NDSU.
For the JHS girls, Julia Skari finished third in the 60 meter hurdles in a personal-best 9.26 seconds. Hayden Olson took seventh in the triple jump, clearing 33 feet, two inches.
Cody Berreth was fifth for the Blue Jay boys in the shot put at 48 feet, 6 1/4 inches, a personal best. Jamestown’s 4×400 relay team of Aiden Skari, Noah Lynch, Heath Heupel and Jared Sagaser was eighth at 3:42.08.
Weather permitting, the Blue Jay teams will compete in the Bismarck Invite Thursday at the MDU Resources Community Bowl in the capital city.
