
VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Grand Forks man was seriously injured in a single vehicle crash on Sunday, March 23rd at approximately 6:18 PM.
The Highway Patrol said the crash occurred along Highway 32 near milepost 87 in Barnes County. The driver a 45-year-old man from Grand Forks was traveling southbound on Highway 32 when the vehicle encountered a patch of ice on the roadway. The driver lost control, causing the vehicle to leave the roadway and enter the east ditch, ultimately striking a tree.
The driver was transported by Barnes County Ambulance and then airlifted to Fargo by Sanford AirMed. The crash remains under investigation by North Dakota Highway Patrol.
