
FARGO, N.D. (NDHP) – The North Dakota Highway Patrol said charges are pending against a driver who allegedly struck and killed a bicyclist in Fargo on Wednesday, March 12th. The crash happened shortly before 8 p.m. at the intersection of 10th Street and NP Avenue N. Witnesses say a white SUV was northbound on 10th Street, hit the westbound bicycle, and continued on without stopping.
The suspect’s vehicle was been located and the North Dakota Highway Patrol thanks the public for their assistance.
The bicyclist, a 60-year-old man, was taken to Sanford Medical Center where he died. The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
