JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee presented the March Customer Service Award to Howard Weispfenning for their outstanding customer service.

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations. Nominations for the award are received from the public.

Their nomination letter said: “Howard deserves this award because he cares about the community. He is always going above and beyond to make sure the restaurants and bars have what they need behind the scenes every day and especially before busy holidays or events in our city. Not only does he excel at his job and customer service, but he also volunteers his time for the community for St. Patrick’s Day Run, Shriners events, and parades. He also supports many events through Bergseth Brothers. I have also ordered supplies for a party from Howard, and he always makes sure the product arrives on time and checks back to make sure everything went well.”
