
VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Two local civic groups have finalized arrangements for the third in a series of District 24 legislative forums. The next forum will be held from 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 22 at the Valley City Hi-Liner Activity Center (HAC). Please use the doors on the corner of 4th Street and 2nd Avenue NW.
District 24 Sen. Michael Wobbema, Rep. Dwight Kiefert and Rep. Daniel Johnston have been invited to participate.
Citizens in District 24 are encouraged to bring current information to share regarding legislation on topics that are important to them.
Local League of Women Voters volunteers and the Valley City-Barnes County Development Corporation are jointly hosting several Saturday-morning forums during the current Legislative Assembly. Coffee and cookies will be provided.
