
Jamestown, ND (NewsDakota.com) – The 2025 Class B Girls Postseason wrapped up on Thursday with the 3rd Place and Championship Games of the Region I Tournament at the Jamestown Civic Center.

Third Place Game: EKM Rebels 38-54 RV Maple River Raiders
The Maple River Raiders keep their season alive as they beat the ELM Rebels 54-38. The game started out with the Raiders jumping on the Rebels early to get a 16-8 lead. A lead they’d extend in the 2nd quarter to 25-14. They would then go on a 15-0 run across 4 minutes to start the 2nd half scoring 25 in the quarter to make it 50-29 after 3. They would then cruise to the 54-38 victory.
The Raiders will now play Benson County for the chance to go to State as the Rebels season comes to a close with a 14-11 record.
Region 1 Championship: Linton-HMB Lions 29-45 LaMoure-LM Loboes
For the first time since 2020 the LaMoure-LM Loboes are going dancing as they beat the Lady Lions 45-29. The game started out with Linton jumping to an early 8-2 lead however LaMoure would then go on a 13-1 run to take a 15-12 lead at the end of the first. The Loboes would not look back as they’d continue to build up their lead in the 2nd quarter making it 26-19 at the half. They’d get out ahead further to 35-24 at the end of 3 and then lock it up in the 4th to win 45-29.
The Loboes are off to the State Tournament after a 5 year drought while the Lions will play Hatton-Northwood on Saturday for the right to go to State.
