BINFORD, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A man has now been charged with domestic terrorism after sheriff’s officials say he allegedly threatened the Binford, North Dakoa water supply on January 15th.
Court records show 43-year-old Matthew Mark Bakke was arrested and now faces a felony domestic terrorism charge.
Multiple media reports say Bakke told deputies that he had cyanide and was going to put it in the water system. While a test of the water came back clean, they say deputies searched a farm and found about 20 pounds of rodent poison.
