MEDORA, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Codi Ann Miller has accepted a new role as the Events & Tourism Director of the North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame.
She said, “I am so excited to be part of this organization again, and to support it’s growth. Over 10 years ago, Phil Baird asked me what my dream job was. I said I wanted to be a director at the North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame. I remember him smiling and saying, “Let’s make that happen.” I know he is looking down watching this goal come true. There are many members who have supported me throughout the years, and I look forward to reconnecting in this capacity. A big thank you to Rick Thompson and Theresa Howie for reminding me that there’s value in my passions.”
Miller added, “This past year has brought many hurdles, but oh so many more triumphs. I have continually been reminded of resiliency. From Miss North Dakota USA, to accepting a position at the North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame, I am so glad I didn’t give up on either of these dream jobs. If you want to live the life you deserve, it is up to you to change for the better, set goals, focus and work hard for it.”
