JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee presented the January Customer Service Award to Sammy Neva for their outstanding customer service.

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations. Nominations for the award are received by the public.

Their nomination letter said: “We first met Sammy roughly a year ago when my son started speech therapy with her. She was so patient with his shy demeanor and met him where he was. Slowly she broke down his walls and we all watched his amazing growth over the months. She gave our son, and us, the confidence to develop speech to communicate with his world. My son was able to graduate from speech services thanks to all her hard work! We, including Sammy, are so happy with his growth, but sad we no longer get to see each other every week! My son will be missing ‘his turn’ with Sammy every week, and we will forever be grateful for her!”
