JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – The Young Professionals of Jamestown (YPJ) will once again host its annual Leadership
Academy, a six-week program designed to help participants strengthen their leadership skills and apply them to their careers.

The academy brings together industry experts to discuss key topics such as leadership vs. management, decision-making, community involvement, and relationship-building.

“The YPJ Leadership Academy is a great opportunity for professionals to gain valuable insights from experienced leaders,” said Ben Steinolfson, YPJ President. “Each session is designed to provide practical tools that participants can take back to their workplace and use to grow as leaders.”

The academy begins on March 20 and runs Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. The cost is $150 for Chamber members and $250 for non-members, with discounts available for multiple participants from the same employer. Class size is limited to 15.
