VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Jamestown man is facing several charges stemming from a number of incidents that allegedly occurred in Barnes County, North Dakota in 2024.

According to court documents, 33-year-old Spencer Robert Elliott was arrested on Thursday, February 13th and is now in the Barnes County jail on a $25,000 bond.

Elliott is facing one count of Felony Gross Sexual Imposition (GSI), seven counts of Felony Corruption of a Minor, and three counts of Felony drug related charges.

His next court appearance before Judge Nicholas Thornton is set for March 11th at 1pm in the Barnes County Courthouse.
