STUTSMAN COUNTY, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A man from Medina, North Dakota, is in the Stutsman County Jail accused of sexually assaulting several young girls.

Jeremy Craig Reister is charged with six counts of gross sexual imposition, five counts of incest, and two counts of sexual assault, as well as corruption or solicitation of minors, tampering with evidence, disorderly conduct and surreptitious intrusion or interference with privacy. Two cases are currently open against Reister in Stutsman County Court for allegedly having sexual contact with five victims.

Eleven charges were filed in November 2024. Court documents say the alleged sexual assault of two young girls took place between 2021 and 2024. In an interview with investigators, Reister admitted to having sexual contact with two family members.

A second case was opened against Reister after investigators interviewed three additional victims on January 31 and February 2, 2025.

The victims say the sexual contact happened between 2006 and 2014. The girls would have been between the ages of 9 and 11-years-old when the sexual abuse took place. Reister would have been between the ages of 22 and 31 at that time.

Reister is currently being held in the Stutsman County Jail on $350,000 cash bail. A no contact order was filed on February 5.

In the case with allegations from 2021-2024, Reister has pleaded guilty to gross sexual imposition, sexual assault, two counts of incest, evidence tampering and interference with privacy. Sentencing is scheduled for May 28.

Reister is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in Stutsman County Court on March 5 for the charges dating back to 2006-2014.
