MILNOR, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A 21-year-old Milnor man was seriously injured in a single vehicle crash on Saturday, February 1st around 3:33am near Milnor, North Dakota.

The Highway Patrol said a 2000 Buick Le Sabre operated by a male driver from Milnor, was traveling northbound on 141st Ave SE. The driver failed to stop at the T-intersection at 78th Street driving off the roadway and striking a tree.

He sustained serious non-life-threatening injuries and was transported by ambulance to Lisbon. He was then transported to Sanford in Fargo and charged with driving under the influence.

This crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol. Other agencies involved: Sargent County Sheriff’s Department, Milnor Fire Department, and Lisbon Ambulance.
