VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The League of Women Voters and the Valley City-Barnes County Development Corporation are hosting four legislative forums in Valley City.

Spokeswoman Jennifer Feist said, to clarify, Senator Mike Wobbema, Representative Dwight Kiefert and Representative Daniel Johnston have accepted our invitation to attend two of the four legislative forums. In addition, they will participate in a forum in Enderlin at 9:00 am on March 8, in the Auditor’s Office.

She said, once we know if or when legislative forums will be held in Wimbledon and Litchville, that information will be passed on to the public.

Feist said the two forum invitations accepted by our District 24 Legislators are set for Saturday, January 25th and Saturday, March 22nd in the Hi-Liner Activity Center (HAC), from 9:30 to 11:00 am.

The other two forums will be held on Saturday, February 22nd and Saturday, April 12th from 9:30am to 11am in the VCSU Skoal Room.

She said we encourage the public to participate in the legislative process and attend any of the forums held in District 24.
