JAMESTOWN – University of Jamestown Athletic Director Austin Hieb announced on Friday that Cameron Jackson has been named as the first head coach for Jimmie Women’s Tennis, which will begin play in the 2025-26 season.

Jackson has been the head coach at Declo High School in Declo, Idaho for the last three seasons.  In 2022 and 2023, Jackson’s team won their district’s championship and was undefeated in the regular season in 2022.  Six players won individual district championships and two won state championships while Jackson was the Hornets’ head coach.
