JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – The Young Professionals of Jamestown (YPJ) is excited to announce upcoming opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and networking, open to all community members.

YPJ continues to build its reputation as a hub for young and emerging leaders, offering engaging monthly meetings, a dynamic Leadership Academy, and two transformational workshops in early 2025.

YPJ’s monthly gatherings include lunch, networking, and inspiring speakers who share their leadership experiences. Attendees leave with fresh ideas to contribute to the community while building their professional skills. Those who wish to join must be involved with a Chamber Member business. The highly anticipated Leadership Academy returns in March with a six-week speaker series, featuring local leaders and topics that range from “Leadership vs. Management” to “Managing Relationships as a Leader.” The Academy is $150 for Chamber members and $250 for non-members.

In collaboration with the Unruh School of Character in Leadership, the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce will host two half-day workshops. Both sessions will be led by University of Jamestown’s Dr. Elizabeth Hunt with a focus on self-awareness, empathy, and conflict resolution to help participants excel personally and professionally.

YPJ is open to anyone interested in networking, leadership, and professional development. To learn more, sponsor YPJ, or suggest a leadership topic, contact Emily Bivens at 701-252-4830 or email director@jamestownchamber.com.
