BISMARCK – University of Jamestown guard Silas Bennion is the NSAA Men’s Basketball Offensive Player of the Week for the week ending January 11.  Bennion won the award for the fourth time this season.

In a 78-62 home win over Bellevue on Friday, Bennion scored 14 points with three assists.  On Saturday, Bennion scored 22 with two assists in the Jimmies’ 94-73 victory over Dakota State at Harold Newman Arena.

Bennion made 13 of his 27 field goals in those two games, including seven of nine three-pointers.
