WEST FARGO – University of Jamestown Women’s Swmiming & Diving was fifth at the Dragon Invite, hosted by MSU Moorhead, which concluded Saturday at the Hulbert Aquatic Center.
The Jimmies scored 428.5 points.
On Friday, Jamestown had fifth-place finishes from the 200 medley relay team of Sulinke Vandenberg, Emma Pickrel, Dagbjorg Hlif Olafsdottir, and Kyle Price, Vandenberg in the 200 back and with the 200 free relay team of Vandenberg, Price, Sofia Labrozzi, and Lacie Robideau.
Saturday’s results included Vandenberg taking fifth in the 100 back. Olafsdottir was seventh in the 100 breast, with Pickrel eighth. Vandenberg, Price and Olafsdottir were seventh through ninth in the 50 free. Robideau, Pickrel, Vandenberg, and Price, the 400 medley relay team, was sixth. Vandenberg was fifth and Olafsdottir seventh in the 50 back. In the 50 fly, Olafsdottir was seventh. Jada Shorter was sixth and Becky Czarnecki was eighth in one-meter diving. Vandeberg finished seventh in the 100 IM. The 400 free relay team (Lindsey Goodrich, Miche Johns, Olafsdottir, and Robideau) was seventh.
Jamestown will host the University of Mary in a dual Friday at the Jamestown High School Pool.
