Mr. Johnson has been assigned a high-risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.
Offense: GSI – Sexual Contact – When Howard was 51 years old, he took away the 11-year-old victim’s phone and locked her in a room. Johnson put his hands down the victim’s pants and touched her vagina.
Conviction Date: 09/28/2023 in Mountrail County District Court. Disposition: 8 years; serve 3 years; 436 days credit; 5 years supervised probation.
Offense: Lewd/Lasc/Indecent Act Upon a Child – Johnson had sexual contact with a minor female. Conviction Date: 07/30/2004 in Highlands, Florida District Court Disposition: 8 1/2 years; credit for time served; 6 1/2 years probation; concurrent.
