JAMESTOWN – Jamestown Blue Jay Gymnastics finished second in a four-team meet Tuesday, the first of five scheduled meets this season at Jamestown Gymnastics Academy.
The Blue Jays scored 143.900, an improvement of just over seven points from the season’s first event. Dickinson won with a score of 148.775.
Julia Skari had a strong meet for Jamestown, winning the floor exercise with a score of 9.675. Skari was third all-around, second in vault, third in balance beam and fourth in uneven parallel bars.
Jamestown will compete in a meet Thursday at Bismarck Gymnastics Academy.
