VALLEY CITY, ND  (VCSUVikings.com)  The North Star Athletic Association announced their sixth edition of the 2024-25 Men’s Basketball Players-of-the-Week Monday. Odier Olange of Valley City State (N.D.) was chosen as the Defense Player-of-the-Week. Trey Stevens of Dickinson State (N.D.) was selected as the Offense Player-of-the-Week.

North Star Athletic Association Men’s Basketball Player-of-the-Week – Defense
Odier Olange – Valley City State (N.D.) – 6’6″ – Senior – forward – St. Cloud, Minn. – Olange helped Valley City State (N.D.) to a 113-76 home victory over Trinity Bible (N.D.) in their lone game of the week.  He grabbed five defensive rebounds and registered two blocked shots in the game.

The Vikings are now 8-3 this season, and play at Bellevue University Saturday, and Dakota State Sunday.
