VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Crews with the Valley City Public Works Department are removing snow starting in the southwest section of town rotating clockwise throughout the city.

Emergency routes and hills will be integrated in with the sections of town. Equipment will park at 4pm Monday, December 2nd and snow removal will then resume at midnight on Tuesday, December 3rd with clearing the business an school district areas. Upon completion of school and business districts snow removal will resume in the residential areas of town. Work will continue through the day on Tuesday, December 3rd.

Valley City received 3 to 4 inches of snow over the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend. Remember to remove vehicles parked on emergency routes in Valley City.
