VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The community is invited to join George Gaukler and the Valley City Barnes County Public Library board president Hilde van Gijssel and library director Anita Tulp on Friday, December 6th, at 11 am in the Rosebud Visitors Center on 250 W Main St in Valley City for a celebration to establish an office for the George and Audrey Gaukler Family Foundation. This foundation set up to support charitable giving and needs in Valley City and Barnes County.

The George and Audrey Gaukler Family foundation would also like to announce a donation to the Valley City Barnes County Public Library to support the restoration of the rotunda and dome in the historic 1903 Carnegie Library building highlighting the importance of the library for Valley City and Barnes County communities.
