JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Community Foundation has awarded a $2,500 grant to the JRMC Foundation to support the purchase of a new Infant Warmer for the Family Birth Center at Jamestown Regional Medical Center (JRMC), a media release states.

The new Infant Warmer will ensure that every baby born at JRMC receives advanced, high-quality care. Equipped with cutting-edge technology, the device includes features such as a resuscitation system for newborns, an oxygen saturation monitor, blended oxygen, and a built-in scale. These enhancements are essential for maintaining a modern healthcare environment and addressing the critical needs of newborn care.

Founded in 1985 as the Jamestown Hospital Foundation, the JRMC Foundation focuses on securing philanthropic gifts to advance JRMC’s mission. The foundation emphasizes funding for cancer care, humanitarian needs, capital facilities, innovation, technology, equipment, and creating a healing environment.
