JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Salvation Army 360 Life Center of Jamestown is set to launch its annual Red Kettle Campaign on Friday, November 22. This vital holiday fundraiser supports programs offering food assistance, emergency aid for rent and utilities, and other critical services to individuals and families in need.

Kettles will be stationed at several locations in Jamestown throughout the season:

Cashwise and Walmart: Monday–Saturday, 10 a.m.–8 p.m.
Home of Economy (Runnings) and Buffalo Mall: Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
Jamestown Business Center outside The Depot: Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–1 p.m.

Volunteer bell ringers are essential to the campaign’s success, as they encourage donations that fund local programs. A media release highlights the importance of these volunteers, emphasizing that “an unattended kettle raises no money, but one staffed by a smiling bell ringer inspires generosity.”

Community members can sign up to volunteer by visiting RegisterToRing.com or calling 701-252-0290.

All proceeds from the Red Kettle Campaign stay within the Jamestown area, helping to combat food insecurity and provide emergency assistance to neighbors in need.
