JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The City of Jamestown has announced changes to garbage and recycling collection schedules in observance of Thanksgiving on Thursday, Nov. 28.
There will be no garbage or recycling collection on Thanksgiving Day. Instead, residents with Wednesday and Thursday routes will have their materials collected on Wednesday, Nov. 27.
Additionally, the Baling Facility and Recycling Center will be closed from Thursday, Nov. 28, through Saturday, Nov. 30. Regular operations will resume on Monday, Dec. 2.
