JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Freedom Resource Center has several events scheduled in the next few months. We have several Freedom In Action events (FIAs), Young Adult Gatherings in both Jamestown and Valley City. As well as an Independent Living Skills Class: Organizing and De-cluttering Your Life From Inside and Out also offered in Jamestown and Valley City. All events are free to attend but participants must register by the Friday before the event. Flyers for all events with more information are attached. Events below are sorted by date of event. Feel free to print the flyers or pass on these events to anyone you think would be interested. Hope to see you there!

November FIA – Gratitude Jars – Tuesday, November 26^th from 1:30pm-3:00pm at the Freedom Resource Center Office. Join us to learn more about gratitude jars and decorate your own. There is no cost for this event and participants must register by Friday, November 22^nd.

December Young Adult Gatherings on Tuesday, December 3^rd both in Jamestown from 2:00pm-3:30pm at the Freedom Resource Center Office and in Valley City from 4:30pm-6:00pm at the Vault. We will be celebrating the holiday season. Ages 16-25 are welcome to join. There is no cost for this event, but participants must register by Friday, November 29^th.

December FIA – Holiday Cards – Tuesday, December 17^th from 1:30pm-3:00pm at the Freedom Resource Center Office. Join us to make your very own holiday card. There is no cost for this event, but participants must register by Friday, December 13^th.

Independent Living Skills Class: Organizing and De-cluttering Your Life from Inside and Out – Jamestown’s class will be held on Tuesdays January 7^th through February 11^th from 10:00am-11:30am at the Freedom Resource Center Office. Valley City’s class will be held on Thursdays January 9^th through February 13^th from 2:00pm-3:30pm. The classes are open to individuals with disabilities and have no cost to attend but participants must register by Friday, January 3^rd.
