JAMESTOWN – Jayden Baker scored the tying goal in the second period Sunday to give University of Jamestown ACHA Women’s Hockey a 3-3 tie with Lindenwood University at Wilson Arena.
Baker’s second goal of the season with 7:05 left in the middle period knotted the game and neither team scored again.
Madison Andrew scored her third goal on the powerplay and Kiran Vugteveen notched her seventh for the Jimmies (3-5-2-0).
Lilah Drew stopped 37 shots, including three by Lindenwood in overtime. Lindenwood had a 40-39 shot advantage.
Jamestown will play Thursday in Chesterfield, Missouri at the WMCH Showcase against Maryville University.
