JAMESTOWN – University of Jamestown Women’s Swimming & Diving picked up five event wins and placed second overall at the Knight Invite, which concluded Saturday at the Jamestown High School pool.
The Jimmies finished with 950 points, 23.5 behind UMary.
Emma Pickrel won in the 50 and 100 breaststroke. Sulinke Vandenberg finished first in the 100 IM. Lacie Robideau won in the 100 back. Vandenberg, Pickrel, Cerys Willians and Kylie Price teamed to win the 200 medley relay.
Vandenberg met the NAIA provisional qualifying standards in the 100 fly and 100 back.
Jamestown will next compete in a dual at Concordia Moorhead on Wednesday, November 20.
