VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Puklich Chevrolet GMC in Valley City held their 7th annual Spook Out Cancer and Trunk or Treating event at the dealership in Valley City. The event raises money for breast cancer awareness and supports local cancer patients.

The funds raised will be donated to the Jamestown Regional Medical Center (JRMC) Cancer Center and Sanford Roger Maris Cancer Center in Fargo to support local cancer patients.

In addition, Puklich Chevrolet GMC is donating $100 for every vehicle sold in October and $10 for every service repair order in October.

Puklich General Manager Steve Zaun said the goal is to raise raise $15,000 through their virtual on-line auction in Valley City. He said once the auction closes on Monday, October 28th the final numbers will be released a couple of days later.

And special guest, Codi Ann Miller, Miss North Dakota USA was also helping promote and support the event in Valley City and at the dealership in Bismarck.

Puklich Chevrolet GMC and other vendors handed out candy and other fun stuff to the children and their families in the showroom on Friday, October 25th in Valley City and Saturday, October 26th in Bismarck. Thanks to all who attended and donated to this worthy cause to raise money and awareness of breast cancer this month. Additional thanks to Valley City Fire and Police Departments for their participation in supporting this event.
