VALLEY CITY, ND  (NewsDakota.com)  The Medina-Pingree-Buchanan Thunder swept the Napoleon/Gackle-Streeter Imperials Tuesday to continue a highlight season.

Maddie Gefroh knocked down 16 kills, with Brynn Sorensen adding 11 in a 3-0 (25-21, 25-18, 25-11) sweep at Napoleon.

Violet Bohl recorded 35 assists, and the defense sparkled, with five players registering double-figures in digs.  Bohl, Sorensen, Cierra Mack, and Samantha Reister all registered 11 digs, with Gefroe adding 10

The Thunder host Barnes County North Thursday in Pingree.
