BELCOURT- Carrington jumped out early with a much needed fast start and rolled to a 42-16 win over Turtle Mountain in Belcourt on Friday night in Region II tilt.

The Cardinals (4-2, 2-2) started out quickly as Josh Bickett tossed a 41-yard TD pass to Ryder Bickett and a 49-yard TD pass to Peyton Harrington around an interception himself and three minutes in it was 14-0 Cardinals.

After a fourth down stop, Corbin Clifton scored on a five yard TD run for a 20-0 lead and after a turnover, Harrington scampered in from 25 yards and it was 28-0 in the second.  Bickett then found Corbin Clifton for his third TD pass and a 35-8 lead.

Josh then found Ryder in the third to round out the scoring.  The Braves (1-5, 0-4) scored a late TD to set the final score.

Carrington are back in action Friday night at Langdon/Edmore/Munich with covergae on KDAK beginning at 6:30 PM.
