JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Penny Steckler of Bank Forward has been recognized with the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Customer Service Award. Steckler was chosen for her outstanding dedication to customer care and her ability to exceed expectations.

The Chamber’s Ambassador Committee gave the award, which highlighted Steckler’s exceptional approach to making customers feel welcome and valued. A nomination letter from one of her customers praised her ability to create a comforting environment, particularly for those with high anxiety.

The letter shared, “Penny greeted me with a smile, offered me a chair, and began helping me immediately, even though she was busy. I had waited 1.5 years to come in due to anxiety, but Penny made me feel so welcome I had none. She was efficient, and I left with valuable information. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”

Steckler was presented with a plaque in honor of her achievement. Her picture and news release will be featured in the next issue of the Chamber’s newsletter.

The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce thanked Steckler for her contributions and for embodying the community’s high standards for customer service.
