JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Great Plains Food Bank’s mobile food pantry will visit Valley City and Jamestown on Thursday, Sept. 26.

In Valley City, the pantry will be available at Epworth United Methodist Church, 680 8th Ave. SW, from 1:30 to 3 p.m. It will then head to Jamestown High School, 1509 10th St. NE, where food distribution will run from 5 to 6:15 p.m.

For safety reasons, those attending the Jamestown distribution are asked not to arrive before 4:30 p.m. due to school hours. Early arrivals will be asked to leave and return later.

Food will be distributed in a drive-thru format, with volunteers placing items directly in cars. The service is open to anyone in need of food assistance, free of charge. Attendees will complete a short intake form on-site, with no preregistration or referrals necessary.
