CARRINGTON – Two University of Jamestown golf records were set in the NSAA Golf Championships, which concluded Monday at CrossRoads Golf Course.
The Jimmie women were third as a team at 627, and Isabella Crafford set a 36-hole program record with 148, tying for fifth. Crafford shot 72 on Monday, which ties for the second-best 18-hole score ever for Jimmie Women’s Golf.
Celi Nelson was ninth at 153 (72-81). Tori Worner was 14th with 163 (84-79).
Ellie Garavaglia (85-80) and Kyra Hager (86-79) tied for 15th at 165.
Jamestown’s men finished second by shooting 568, the best 36-hole score in program history.
Max Noffsinger was fourth at 139 (70-69). Bodie Williams shot 141 (71-70) to tie for sixth. Gehrig Geiss was eighth at 142 (70-72). Logan Douglas shot 146 (75-71) to place ninth. Aidan Hall shot 149 (75-74) and tied for 15th.
Bellevue won both team championships.
Both teams will compete Monday and Tuesday at the University of Mary Invitational in Bismarck.
