WEST FARGO, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – On Sunday September 22nd, 2024, Bonanzaville hosts its fifth annual First Responder Appreciation Event! Since 2020 Bonanzaville has hosted an annual First Responder Appreciation Event for an evening in September. This year Bonanzaville will be closed to the public on Sunday September 22nd  for law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical personnel  and their families to spend the day at Bonanzaville enjoying a catered lunch, fun activities for the kids, door prizes, free admission to the pioneer village and more all as a way to show our appreciation for their every day service and sacrifice! The Cass County North Dakota Historical Society (CCNDHS) is the cultural institution in charge of telling the county’s story, as well as preserving and collecting artifacts connected to the county’s history. CCNDHS owns and operates a museum, event center, and prairie village that sits on twelve acres of land in West Fargo, North Dakota called Bonanzaville.
Bonanzaville includes a large main museum, thirty-six historic buildings, a carriage house, a car museum, an air museum, a tractor museum, an agricultural museum, and a law enforcement museum.
