DICKINSON – In their final regular season event, Jamestown Blue Jay Girls Golf placed eighth Monday at the Dickinson Invitational at Heart River Golf Course.

Overall, the Jays shot 373.  Aspen Humes and Mylee Michel both shot 89.  Brooke Dietrich had 97, Belle Sjostrom shot 98, Braelyn Wiese carded a 101 and Taylor Earnest shot 107.

Mandan won the event and the regular season title on scoring average.  Abi Schneider of St. Mary’s was medalist for the fourth time this season.

Next for the Jays will be the West Region Tournament next Monday at Prairie West Golf Course in Mandan.
