VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – KLJ project manager Chad Petersen gave city officials an update about road reconstruction projects in Valley City as well as a tentative completion date weather permitting.

He said the reconstruction projects near the high school and hi liner activity center may not be completed until October.
