JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com/Jamestown Chamber) – Roosevelt Elementary School has celebrated its new playground with a ribbon cutting.

 

Roosevelt Elementary is located at 615 6th Ave SE and can be reached at 701-252-1679.

 

The Roosevelt Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) first began fundraising efforts for new equipment in January 2020. This became the primary focus of the reestablished PTO. In April 2024, the finalization and purchase of new equipment took place with installation beginning in June. The final installation of border and mulch occurred in August with Border States Paving installing a walking path.

 

Congratulations to the Roosevelt Elementary PTO on this finished accomplishment! Our current and future Roosevelt students will enjoy this new equipment for years to come.
