FARGO, N.D. (FPD) – The Fargo Police Department (FPD) is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Robert Lee Feyh, registered at 3000 32nd Ave. S. in Fargo, but as of August 15th, Feyh has registered at an address in Valley City. More details will be released later.

Feyh was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. In 2022, Feyh was convicted of sexual assault in Richland County District Court in North Dakota. In 2008, Feyh was convicted of two counts of solicitation of a minor in Cass County District Court in North Dakota. The victim was a 14-year-old female. Feyh is a high-risk lifetime registrant. He is 35 years old, 5’3”, 198 lbs., brown eyes, brown hair.
