JAMESTOWN – Jamestown Blue Jay Girls Golf finished 16th in the season’s opening event, the East-West Classic, which concluded Tuesday at Jamestown Country Club.

As a team, the Blue Jays shot 774 (394-380).  Aspen Humes and Belle Sjostrom were the best finishers at 176.

West Fargo Sheyenne won the event at 635, 11 shots better than Grand Forks Red River.
