JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com/Jamestown Chamber) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented the Customer Service Award for August to Dusty Willman at Fred’s Den for their outstanding customer service.
The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.
Their nomination letter said:
“He always has a great attitude and helps others. Some of the older patrons that come in may need help in a vehicle or something, and he is right there to help. It is always all about the customer with him. There are many regulars that absolutely love Dusty and will even offer him a ride to or from work as he cannot drive due to his eyesight. When Dusty is there not working, he will hop in and help anyone working without pay and won’t even take any of the tips offered to him if he is not on the clock. Dusty deserves so much more yet he keeps going and keeps positive for others.”
