The new platforms aim to deliver a modernized e-commerce experience that meets the growing demand for online grocery shopping, a media release states.

The updated website and mobile app feature advanced search capabilities and improved functionality, designed to make online grocery shopping more convenient. Emily Coborn Wright, senior vice president of growth initiatives at Coborn’s, Inc., emphasized the company’s commitment to responding to customer needs with the new digital tools.

We’re thrilled to unveil this new and exciting online shopping experience that simplifies online grocery shopping with more convenient pick-up and at-home delivery options. The new website and app offer several features aimed at enhancing the customer experience, including guaranteed freshness for products, improved search functionality, and the ability to add items from the weekly ad directly to the shopping cart. Shoppers can filter products by nutritional attributes, access a collection of shoppable recipes, and pay with EBT/SNAP benefits. The platforms also allow users to indicate substitution preferences for items that may be out of stock, and fully integrate with the MORE Rewards program, enabling customers to earn and redeem rewards on every order.

In addition, the new app and website ensure that online prices match in-store prices for MORE Rewards members, with free order pick-up on purchases over $35 and free delivery available for Instacart+ members on orders over $35.
