VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Public School board unanimously approved of a lease agreement with George Gaukler the landlord of the property of the former Stoudt Ross Ford location on West Main Street to house their school buses.

School Superintendent Josh Johnson said under the terms of this lease, the school district will pay a monthly sum of $3,500 to house their buses in the 11-thousand square foot facility in Valley City.

Johnson said the terms of the lease agreement with Mr. Gaukler run for one year, from August 1st of 2024 to July 31st of 2025.

The lease agreement was approved during a special school board meeting on Thursday, August 1st.
