BISMARCK, N.D. (NDCTE) – Hundreds of Career and Technical Education (CTE) teachers, counselors, and administrators from across North Dakota will gather in Bismarck for the 54th annual CTE Professional Development Conference. The conference theme, “Igniting Potential, Inspiring Excellence,” will be emphasized as CTE strives to bridge the gap between business/industry and education.

August 5

9:00 am – 10:30 am Event Center, Hall A New Educator General Session for 1st and 2nd Year Teachers

9:00 am – 12:15 pm Event Center, Prairie Rose Room 102 Pre-Conference Session – AI and Cyber Security

9:00 am – 12:15 pm Bismarck Career Academy, Tech Room Dakota Woodturners

1:30 pm – 3:00 pm Event Center, Hall A General Session – Keynote Speaker Donald Paul Miller, https://dpaulmillerspeaks.com, author of the bestselling book, “Hey Teachers, Don’t Quit!”  

August 6

8:45 am – 9:45 am Event Center, Hall A General Session – Keynote speaker Morris Morrison, Morris Morrison | Top International Keynote Speaker of The Future. Morris Morrison is a world-class Entertainer, Futurist, and Author who became obsessed with building Stronger, Kinder, Focused human beings after being orphaned in New York City, then, being orphaned a second time as a teen — before a doctor’s words changed his life forever.
