Beverly passed away July 25, 2024 at age 91. She was born in Tacoma, WA on September 13, 1932 to Raymond and Melva (Hastings) Weber. She graduated from Jamestown High School at 18 years old. She worked at Gordon’s Chicken Inn and S&L Department Store throughout high school. She then met and married her Forever Love, Ervin Ennis, January 3, 1952. Their son, Steven, was born the following November and daughter, Barbara, was born three years later.

Ervin worked for Otter Tail Power Co. for 40 yrs. Beverly worked at Depuy Sorkness Clinic for 23 yrs. She was a dedicated homemaker, a master of needleworks and a great cook. They had a comfortable home, many fun vacations in their motorhome and a winter home in Texas after they retired. They enjoyed several cruises, be-bopping around to favorite casinos, trips to San Pedro Island and jumping the Mexican border with friends. Their constant companions for many years were their poodle/maltese puppies, Muffy and Mindy. Family and friends will remember that “Erv’s Gargage” was always a welcoming placed to share a beer and many laughs after work and on weekends. Bev always had a warm welcome, fresh coffee and an endless supply of treats in the house. The kids and grandkids always knew where the candy was and the cookie jar was always full…hence the names, “Grandma and Grandpa Cookie”. Ervin passed away May 23, 2019 at age 90. They lived their lives with honor, sincerity, hard work and love. They will be missed by many, but most especially by Steven and Bonnie; Travis, Trisha, Caitlin, Paige and Ethan; Sadie and Mylee, Barbara; Kacie, Miguel, Kalliyah and Mason; Krystal, Justin and Ashton.

They are finally together with all their friends and loved ones in the Glories of Heaven. Rest in Peace, Mom. We love you forever. Give our hugs and kisses to Dad and all those we love. It was a great life. Thank you.

(Per their wishes, no fuss, no services. Urns will be interred together at Highland Home Cemetery by family at a later date.)
