JAMESTOWN- In their final home doubleheader of the regular season, the Jamestown Eagles saw their bats go cold in a pair of losses to the Minot Vistas
Game One: Minot 4 Jamestown 1
Despite outhitting the Vistas 9-4, two runs in each of the fourth and fifth innings were decisive. Preston Gall had a first inning RBI for the Eagles with one of his two hits. Tyson Jorissen and Bennett Goehner added two hits each for Jamestown (9-15).
Game Two: Minot 4 Jamestown 1
Jaxon Kolpin tossed five innings, allowing two runs on four hits while walking five. Jorissen was 2-for-2 and scored the only run for the Eagles.
Jamestown will wrap up the home portion of the schedule Sunday at 5:30 PM with the makeup game against West Fargo
