FARGO, N.D. (NDHP) – One person was killed and three others were injured in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of 25th Street South and 13th Avenue South in Fargo shortly after 10:30pm Thursday, July 4th.

North Dakota Highway Patrol Captain Bryan Niewind says the motorcycle driver was eastbound on 13th Avenue and entered the intersection with 25th Street on a red light when it collided with a car traveling southbound on 25th Street on a green light.

The driver, a 47-year-old man from Fargo died at the scene. The 19-year-old woman from Fargo was transported to Sanford Hospital with life-threatening injuries. Neither was wearing a helmet.

The driver and a passenger in the car were both transported to Essentia Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
