VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – It’s the 32nd Anniversary of the creation of Medicine Wheel Park in Valley City.
One tradition is the annual observance of the Summer Solstice at Medicine Wheel Park.
Creator Dr. Joe Stickler and several others held a brief ceremony and discussion before they witnesses an outstanding sunset on Thursday, June 20th.
